Workplace Quality & Motivating Employees - 4 Hours

Course Description - This program is designed to improve the work environment, motivate employees and promote overall performance improvement and customer focus.

Overall Goal - Improve overall quality of the workplace and promote a professional, customer driven environment.

Objectives and Purpose – Upon Completion of this program the participants will be able to: · Identify negative behaviors that diminish professionalism · Communicate more effectively with employees and customers · Establish a high quality customer driven workplace · Improve professionalism of their business · Promote total quality focus within the business · Define issues that de-motivate and determine steps for improvement

Method of Presentation – A variety of training methods are used for presenting the material listed. These include the following: · Lecture / Facilitation – Attendees are lead to participate in various discussions, presentations and sharing of information and experiences · Powerpoint presentation – Used as a stepping stone through the facilitation process · Group discussions and presentations – Attendees are separated into groups to discuss and present option on how to deal with specific issues presented to them along with determining specific steps needed within their own organization. · Handouts – Handouts are used extensively to support the lecture and video tapes and also allowing for take-home information

Method of Evaluation – The participants will be encouraged to participate by the instructor. At the end of the training seminar, each person will be assigned to a group that will determine steps and solutions to issues assigned. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be asked to complete an evaluation of the overall program including specific parts of the program.
