What to expect: 1. We start on time. Workshop registration starts at 7:15 AM, the workshop begins at 8:00am

2. We take several 15-minute breaks throughout the day. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are complimentary throughout the day. Lunch will be provided as part of your fee.

3. Casual attire is fine but please bring a jacket or sweater/sweatshirt. It could get uncomfortably cold in the meeting room. Increasing the room’s temperature during the meeting will not be an option, therefore, please prepare accordingly.

4. This workshop encourages discussion and opinions. Please be prepared to participate in the workshop, not merely attend it.

5. If you require continuing education credits for a particular state or municipality, please tell us in advance. Also, when you arrive at the workshop, you will need a photo ID and your contractor or license number so that you may receive proper credit.

6. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
