Course Description: "A candid presentation and discussion on solving the day to day problems with contracting and setting goals and guidelines to becoming a high performance contractor” (8am to 5pm—Lunch is included)
There is a two-hour safety workshop following the above to complete the OCILB 10-Hour requirement

Objectives and Purpose – Upon Completion of this program the participants will be able to: 1. Immediately identify the key obstacles to success 2. Determine and implement pricing strategy that works and increases profit 3. Use tools from this workshop to implement new business strategies 4. Use learned methods to determine causes of poor performance or profit loss 5. Improve sales by focusing on actions & results, rather than price. 6. Implement strategies that provide concrete results not just lip service. 7. Determine alternative pricing methods and review flat rate pricing options 8. Identify actual costs of doing business and be able to explainice excellence.
