Q: Are your classes approved for Continuing Education Credits in my state?
Ans: Our workshops are approved for the following: Kentucky HVAC and Electrical Contractors - Ohio OCILB all Licenses except the required 5 hours of electrical code for electricians. - Alabama HVAC - North Carolina HVAC - Florida CILB - Evansville, IN HVAC


Q:Do you offer Electrical Master and Journeyman Electrician Classes for Kentucky?
Ans: No, Not at this time, but we plan on it in 2008


Q: When does your class start?
Ans: All workshops begin at 7:30am.


Q: Is this workshop approved for Journeyman and Master HVAC license holders in Kentucky?
Ans: Yes


Q: What if I scheduled for a class and can't make it that day?
Ans: Call 888-538-5383 to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date. If you do not call us, there is a $50 reschedule fee. There are no refunds for no shows.


Q:Is it possible to take an online course to complete my continuing education?
Ans: Only a few states and/or organizations allow self study for continuing education. We offer homestudy courses for Alabama HVAC and NATE continuing education only.


Q: Do you offer CEU's for Texas and Oklahoma contractors?
Ans: As of November 2007, no, but we will soon.


Q: Do you sell books to help study for the contractor exams?
Ans: Yes! Go to the home page and click on state licensing info


Q: In Ohio I need 10 hours of education, do you do it all in one day?
Ans: Yes! we add an additional 2 hours following our 8-hour workshop to meet those requirements.


Q: I'm interested in having a private class at my location do you do this?
Ans: Absolutely! Many of our classes are at private locations for contractors and/or organizations. send an email to frank@hvactraining.com or call 888-538-5383 and ask for Frank to discuss your options.


Q:I really got alot out of the Tools for success class, is there anyway I can get a copy of some of the powerpoints to use in my business?
Ans: Sure, anyone who attends our workshops is entitled to the powerpoint presentations to use within their own company, just send an email to frank@hvactraining.com requesting what you want and he will send it to you


Q: I've lost my completion certificate and need a replacement, what do I do?
Ans: We will be happy to send you a replacement. There is a $25 fee per certificate. Please provide your name, address, phone number, approximate date of class and location of class to us at frank@hvactraining.com, we will mail you the certificate with an invoice.


Q: The state claims I never got credit for my hours I spent in your class whats up with that?
Ans: Sorry you had a problem. Occasionally a number or letter may be entered incorrectly during the process of updating your records. Don't be alarmed, let us know when and where you attended our workshop, your name, contractor license number, address and phone number and we'll resolve the problem immediately.


Q: I hope this isn't another one of those classes where we spend the day watching someone read out of a book for 8 hours is it?
Ans: Absolutely Not! Based on customer comments of people who for the first time attended our workshops this year, they overwhelmingly agree that this is by far the most informative, entertaining and educational continuing education workshops they have ever attended.


Q: Is lunch and breakfast included?
Ans: We provide coffee, danish/donuts in the morning along with refreshments. Your fee also includes a great lunch, not just sandwiches either.
